An architect (Faculty of Architecture, Cracow University of Technology) and manager (MBA, Polish Open University), Michał is the founder of the Polish branch of Schwitzke & Partner.
As CEO of Schwitzke Górski, he has built a multidisciplinary team that takes a highly comprehensive approach to design. He implements new standards in shaping customer experiences across retail, HoReCa, and service spaces. His concepts are executed not only in Poland but also across the EMEA region. Michał promotes an innovative, process-driven model of collaboration—one that puts Customer Experience at the center and translates it into coherent, functional, and distinctive environments.
He is an active figure in the design industry, frequently sharing his expertise as a speaker at conferences dedicated to design, architecture, and retail space strategy.
