In 2021, we began our collaboration with the international brand dm drogerie markt, taking responsibility for turnkey project execution for selected stores across Poland. In line with the brand’s design guidelines, we tailor the scope of work to the specifics of each location, ensuring smooth coordination and the highest quality of execution.

To date, we have completed over 15 projects, becoming one of the few general contractors trusted by dm in Poland. Our experience covers the full preparation of retail spaces – from structural and installation work to finishing and interior fit-outs, all in accordance with the network’s international standards.

We adapt the scope of work to each project individually, often including:
– demolition of reinforced concrete structures,
– façade reconstruction of shopping centers,
– electrical, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing installations.

In 2024, we also began implementing dm’s new interior design concept, previously introduced on the German market. It features a warm, pastel color palette, a clear division of zones, and new elements that enhance the customer experience – such as photo kiosks, children’s play areas, and intuitive product category signage on the walls.

Each project is not just a technical task for us, but also a responsibility to uphold the brand’s values and visual identity. That’s why we place great emphasis on detail, punctuality, and the precise coordination of every stage of the investment.
