A Space of Care, Aesthetics, and Functionality

Our project for Super-Pharm began with a question: what should a modern place dedicated to health, beauty, and everyday essentials look like? The answer is reflected in a concept that combines clarity and functionality with soft aesthetics and the trust the brand has been building for years.

This interior doesn’t just display products – it guides the customer step by step, from the entrance through the pharmacy, and into the beauty and skincare zone. Every element of the space was designed with intuitive navigation in mind, minimizing chaos while maximizing comfort and peace of mind.

The storefront and entrance area serve as an invitation – acting both as a bold brand signature and as an open, welcoming space designed to serve and support.

At the heart of the project is a modern customer service zone, where we implemented a hybrid sales model—allowing for both self-service shopping and support from professional advisors. This solution gives customers real choice and a genuine sense of control over the shopping process.

An integral part of the concept was also the digitalization of the shopping experience. We introduced tools that support customers at every stage—from interactive screens and digital product presentations to modern order finalization methods.

The new KOMFORT concept combines functionality, aesthetics, and technology—a design that makes shopping more intuitive, enjoyable, and aligned with the lifestyle of today’s consumers.
