Freshness in the Rhythm of the City

The interior concept for the Olimp restaurant was created in response to the growing needs of today’s customers – people who are constantly on the move yet increasingly aware of the quality of the food they eat and the environment in which they enjoy it. The main inspiration for the design was an eco-market – a symbol of freshness, local produce, and a direct connection with nature. This idea became the foundation of the entire concept: to create a space that radiates authenticity and naturalness.

A key element of the design is the harmonious combination of light wood, raw concrete flooring, and a deep, bottle-green shade. This carefully selected palette of materials and colors results in an interior that is both modern, welcoming, and cozy. Greenery – in the form of live plants as well as a visual accent – plays a dual role: it enlivens the space visually while also soothing the senses, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and natural balance.

The design places particular emphasis on functionality. Unlike many typical food service formats found in office buildings, this space was created to meet a variety of user needs. A mix of seating options – from individual spots to tables that can easily be combined or separated – allows for flexible arrangements. This solution supports both quick lunch breaks and longer, more social gatherings.

This version of Olimp is more than just a restaurant. It’s an invitation to experience authenticity, freshness, and comfort in a space that offers a moment of pause amid the rhythm of everyday responsibilities.
