Tavex – A Space Built on Trust and Quality

For Tavex—a global leader in investment gold, silver sales, and currency exchange—we developed a complete architectural concept that fully reflects the company’s high service standards while focusing on the customer, their comfort, and their needs.

In designing the space, we ensured alignment with the brand’s visual identity—most notably through the use of its signature purple, which serves as a backdrop for elegant gold accents, symbolically referencing one of the brand’s core pillars: investment gold. This gold inspiration also appears in the form itself—geometric portals and display niches evoke the shape of gold bars, creating a space that captures attention, inspires trust, and invites people in.

At the heart of the concept is the end user—but equally important were the functionality and safety of the Tavex team. That’s why we designed ergonomic transaction zones that ensure full privacy, comfort, and security during customer service interactions.

An integral part of the concept was the digitalization of the space—with screens and tablets that not only make it easier to explore the offer, but also present expert content, reinforcing the brand’s transparency and credibility.

The overall design combines elegance, modernity, and functionality—a project that strengthens the relationship between the customer and the brand, building trust and delivering a positive experience from the very first moment inside a Tavex space.
